Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    These terms and conditions govern the use of the services provided by Thats It Restaurant LLC, a cloud kitchen offering meal plans, à la carte options, and catering services for parties and events, hereafter referred to as "the Company," through its website, mobile application, or any other platform where the services are offered.

  2. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services. All clients who have completed their online signup or sign up through the account and sales managers are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions from their registration until the end of their plan and also upon renewal.

  3. Meal Plan Services

    • The Company offers meal plan services in Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages. Silver packages feature fixed menus, while Gold packages allow for weekly menu changes. Changes to Gold package selections must be made before 12 pm for next day delivery.

    • Customers can freeze or change their delivery slots before the cutoff time for the meal plan.

    • Meal plans include options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, with consistent kcal values for breakfast and snacks across all kcal ranges (low, balanced, gain).

    • No refunds are provided if the customer did not enjoy the food, provided incorrect information, or failed to read the description accurately before placing the order.

    • Full payment must be received 1 business days before the desired start date for either a new or renewal meal plan otherwise food delivery does not proceed.

  4. Refund Policy

    • No refunds are provided for cancellations or rescheduling of orders after 3 PM from the date their subscription starts, or if customers do not respond to calls or have more than 3 cancellations in their profile.

    • Customers may cancel their order before 3 PM on the date they placed the order.

    • Bag security deposits will be refunded within 5 to 10 days after confirmation from the That's It! team that all bags and ice gel packets have been received from the customer.

    • A refundable deposit (AED 49) for the Chiller Bags and ice packs used for delivery must be paid before starting their meal plan. Any unpaid balance for extra portions, add-on dishes, loss of chiller bags, etc. will be deducted from the Chiller Bag deposit.

  5. Food Handling and Safety

    • All food upon receiving should be kept refrigerated between 1°C - 4°C. Follow reheating instructions on the label.

    • All dishes are labeled with the dish name, cuisine type, and the last consumption date.

    • That's It Restaurant LLC is not liable for any incidents with food and is not responsible for food handling after the food has been delivered to the client.

  6. Dietary Preferences and Allergies

    • We do not cater to allergic customers.

    • While we take serious precautions towards cross-contamination and hygiene practices, we are not an allergen-free kitchen. Our staff is well-trained, and any comments mentioned will be taken special care of, but we do not hold any liability in the event of an allergic reaction that occurs.

    • That's It Restaurant LLC kitchen does not have a dedicated gluten-free section. However, the whole team is well-trained to ensure the separation of gluten-containing ingredients from the dishes of gluten-intolerant and celiac customers to reduce risks.

  7. À la Carte Services

    • À la carte orders can be added to the cart, with delivery scheduled for the next day.

    • Customers can select their delivery time slots and package type (meal plan bag or regular bag) automatically.

  8. Party and Events

    • Party and event catering services must be coordinated with our customer service executive.

  9. Delivery and Chiller Bags

    • Delivery is free of charge. You can get more information about our delivery regions on our Delivery Page.

    • If you are not home at the time of delivery, we will leave the order at the front door or in an area specified by you in the instructions when placing your order. The ice packs in the bag allow it to be left in a shaded area for up to 4-5 hours (this may change based on weather temperature). That's It Restaurant LLC will not be liable for any damage to the product if left outside for extended periods or if the bag is damaged or stolen after delivery.

    • It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

    • Any change in the delivery location or timings must be made 3 business days ahead; any last-minute change is subject to confirmation by the manager.

    • If you live in a secured apartment complex, please ensure you are home to receive your delivery. If no one is available to collect your delivery, please arrange a suitable time with our staff prior to the delivery date.

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to inform That's It Restaurant LLC by calling us on +971 54 709 4703 if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived on the due date, we will make inquiries and ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

  10. Data Collection and Privacy

    • The Company collects and maintains customer data confidentiality.

    • Customers may receive promotional emails and SMS regarding ongoing offers unless un-subscription has been made or requested.

    • The client acknowledges that That's It Restaurant LLC will have the right to store personal information that we may use to operate, provide the products and services, and respond to queries the client may have during and after the meal plan.

    • That's It Restaurant LLC shares the delivery information of the client with third-party logistics providers obligated to protect the client’s information and will not use it for marketing purposes or sell it.

  11. Discounts & Promotions

    • Discounts or promotion codes are non-transferable and cannot be transferred or refunded for cash. Furthermore, Thats It Restaurant LLC reserves the right to cancel any promotion or discount without prior notice. Only a single discount or promotion code per order can be used, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.

  12. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

  13. Changes to Terms

    • The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
